I ordered for the first time and I ordered medium, I always buy medium underwear. I received them quickly by mail but was very disappointed when i tried them on, they were way to tight. I wore them for a night and they were uncomfortable. After spending over $100 on mediums I decided to order again because I like the look of them! Spent over $100 again on large figuring they would fit me for sure. I have a 33inch waist. Again I got them and very tight and uncomfortable. I know they are mostly for the look because I really like them! But for that price they should be comfortable as well.
